What if a doctor or hospital sends me a bill?

Please send your bills to ACT as soon as you receive them.

There are three ways to send your bills:

1. Take a photo of or scan the bill and upload it to tinyurl.com/ACTcaresUW
Make sure the image is easy to see and read.

2. Fax the bill to (877) 512-8834

3. Mail the bill to:
United Way for Greater Austin
Attn: ACT
5930 Middle Fiskville Rd, 5th Floor
Austin, TX 78752

These are all secure ways to send your bills, which helps us protect your information.
